Shipping Terms and Conditions

 Volonte Vintage provides express shipping through Australia Post on all products for a flat rate fee for Australian postal addresses for a purchase amount up to $100.00. Free express shipping is provided on orders with a purchase amount over $100.00 for Australian postal addresses.

Once you have completed a purchase with Volonte Vintage, shipping information will be provided to your email address containing a tracking number within 48 hours.

All shipping information is detailed in Australian dollars and is estimated based on being shipped within the country of Australia.

If you are purchasing a product that requires shipping to a country that is outside of Australia, please contact us by utilising the contact form on the home page or by emailing sales@volontevintage.com.au. You must include the product you intend on purchasing and the location of which you require shipping to for us to provide you with an accurate quote.

Volonte Vintage retains the right to refuse shipping. 

 Volonte Vintage accepts returns of unworn and unused products in the condition the item was in at the time of sale and in the packaging provided. We offer free return shipping within 14 days of purchase.

If the returned items have visible and/or additional signs of wear other than that described in the product description, or are not in the packaging provided, your return will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy stated below:

Discounted items cannot be returned for a refund.

To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:
1. Email us your order number and state which items you would like to return.
2. We will email you a return label back. 
3. Make sure the items you’re returning do not have any visible signs of use as detailed above.
4. Package the products into their original packaging.
5. Put the products into shipment packaging and label it.
6. Bring your package to the post office to return.

We will process your return within 10 days of receiving it and items will be assessed whether or not they are eligible for refund. If your return products are accepted, you will get the refund within 14 to 30 days of the return.
